John Barker - Appointed Captain of NCIO (National Criminal Investigation Operations), he over sees everything that happens with the NCIO Team; Including the Forensic Specialists, Legal Officers and Special Agents. John came to NCIO on a transfer from the FBI with a background in just about every unit, including Legal, Law Enforcement and Forensic Investigation. He went to college for 7 years, has a Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a JD/MBA (Juris Doctorate joint degree with Masters in Business Administration).

Evan Reed - Hired in early 2000 for the job of a Forensic Job at the CIA, he was transferred into the National Criminal Investigation Operations Office for the job of a Special Agent, when Lieutenant Benson figured out that Evan was really for the job in the Forensics Lab and he was given the role of a Forensic Scientist in Late 2001, not too long after the huge September 11th Event; which he is still investigating. Evan graduated from Georgia Tech with a Masters in Forensic Science and a Bachelors in Criminal Justice in 1999.

Alan Hamilton - Brought into the NCIO Team as a Special Agent in 1990 and graduated to the Morgue in 2000 when Evan Reed joined the Team. Alan was one of the first responders to the September 11th event for investigation on Bodies, while Evan worked with him on the Forensics side. Alan has been dealing with investigating cause of death and bodies for nearly 10 years and does a great job; he graduated from Harvard with a Criminal Justice and Medicine Degree.

TJ Johnson - Joined the NCIO Team in April 1994 as a Junior Special Agent while in college for Criminal Justice, soon graduated and became a Full Special Agent and has investigated over 500 Federal and Local Criminal Cases of murder and rape. By 2007, nearly 15 years after joining the team he became a Senior Special Agent with the National Criminal Investigation Operations Division. TJ graduated with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice at his local Community College.

Lieutenant Fredward Benson - Former Captain of NCIO, incharge of Special Agents, Forensics and Legal from 1980 until 1995 when John Barker took over the job. Benson was put in charge of all of the Divisions of the Nation Criminal Investigation Operations. He graduated with a Masters in Business Administration and Criminal Justice.

Devin Brooks - Devin comes to NCIO from the FBI HQ in Washington, DC in the Law Enforcement unit. He has been working in Law Enforcement and Federal Law since 1989 and has a college degree in Forensic Science. Devin is now a Special Agent at NCIO.

Anthony Roberts - Anthony, also known as Tony comes to NCIO from the FBI’s Behavioral Unit in Washington, DC and is working as a Probationary Special Agent at NCIO. Along with his other Teamates, Abbi and Devin from the Behavioral Unit from the FBI and all joined NCIO in September 2008. Graduated from New York City University with a Associates degree in Criminal Justice.

Abbi Monroe - Abbi has been with the FBI since 2000 and the Commissioner of the United States Department of Justice transferred her to NCIO in September 2008. Abbi’s job at the Behavioral Unit allowed her to look at lots of cases, with a winning case rate of 99.9% and worked on a total of 450 cases. Graduated from her local community college with a degree in Criminal Justice.

ADA Jason Jefferson - Jason has worked with District Attorneys in several counties and states for nearly 20 years. After deciding to only taking on Criminal Cases and joined NCIO to put criminals away. He graduated from Cornell Univercity with a JD/PHD (Juris Doctorate with PHD in Criminal Justice).
