This Week in Law

December 27th, 2008  |  Published in Technology

This Week In Law is a great Podcast, hosted by Denise Howell and others. On TWIL, Denise and her Panel discuss issues in the technology law, including Copyright, Patents and more… It is a Podcast on the TWiT network at www.twit.tv. They give great prospective on all of their topics from the voice of them as a Lawyer across the country.

I’ve been meaning to listen to this podcast for awhile now and I thought since I do plan on becoming Lawyer, well – it was time to give it a listen… It is a great podcast on the subject of Law.

You can find TWIL (This Week in Law) on the podcast’s page on www.twit.tv.

Would You Pay?

December 24th, 2008  |  Published in Blog

Yes, thats the question; Would you pay? The question really is Would you pay to read some of my Writing pieces that I am writing?

As most of you know, I have a Series called the “NCIO Team” and it is about a group of Forensic Specialists, Investigators and Special Agents on the NCIO Team (Nation Criminal Investigation Operations). That is not the only series I write; although the other one I have not started yet and it will be quite similar, but a little different.

Here is the First writing of the “NCIO Team” series, called Welcome to the NCIO Team.

Take a read at that and let me know if you would pay to read full writing pieces of that Series and the new and upcoming series. I want to get some idea of people that would be willing to pay.

Note: I have not decided if I am going to charge, quite yet.

Christmas Break Finally Here!

December 23rd, 2008  |  Published in Holidays, Life, School

After 4 weeks of waiting for the next major break of the year, it is finally here!

Here is a little low down of what has happened with me over the past few weeks. The biggest news was that I made it to the Cast of our Spring musical at School, “Alice in Wonderland” and I am glad I made it as I said in the post about me making it. Along with that I have been working on my computer that I rarely ever use anymore and I am turning it into a Linux Webserver, details on that will come soon. Turns out, not as much has happened since last breaks, but thats always okay.

I am off from school until January 5th and I am glad! — Well, thats it for this post; I’ll have a new writing piece regarding a Christmas murder on the “NCIO Series” sometime right after Christmas.

Snow Day!

December 19th, 2008  |  Published in Life, School, Weather

Today, many schools in the Country closed either due to a Winter Storm coming in or already hitting the area. My school and many others in New York closed today as the Winter Storm neared the Western NY area; although the storm really didn’t get here until about 8am this morning, they closed for the Safety of the students and staff.

I thought it was great to have a day off right before break starts, which happens to start on Wednesday, December 24th. Currently, winds are still powerful, we have 2 foot drifts and 11 inches or more snow.
